Does this fit?** A: Hi Thanks for your question. This support is designed to fit children up to the age of twelve. We recommend adults use our standard size product as this can be wrapped around the wrist as needed to achieve the correct fit and support. Age 6** A: It's more like the open hand picture with the palm not fully covered. It's really just a thumb hold to help keep the wrist support in place. My 9 year old doesn't even use the thumb hole and just folds that part back. These provide minimal-moderate wrist support. **Q: Does this product fit the left hand, or right hand? Or can it be adjusted to fit both?** A: They fit either wrist. I ordered two for my daughter and they are identical. Great product. **Q: Someone wrote that it is not returnable, is this correct?** A: CORRECT! You are not able to return this item. Even though the the description says it's refundable, it's not. However Amazon's Customer Service was fantastic, and they gave me a a credit to my account. This is for smaller children (I think) it didn't fit my 12 year old daughter. It's a well made product with high quality material that you feel will last for years. It's made to fit a variety of sizes and with my daughter having skinny wrists there was always a chance it would be to big but I needn't have worried. She's happy to wear it, it's comfortable and gives the support that's needed.
