It is thicker than other '3mm' cork products. I guess its a rounding problem. It comes in a big roll that is not wound too tight, so its easier to flatten. it cuts cleanly with a razor blade or exacto knife. The adhesive is very sticky and it can be a little tricky to get the backing peeled off. I make a very light cross cut on it and peel from the middle (see photo). Its well worth the extra effort because the cork sticks very securely. From now on, this is the only brand I will buy. ### ⭐ Adhesive is very poor quality & inside end damaged *by K***M on March 12, 2025* I bought this for a project to cover some poster board. I did not use it right away or I would’ve returned it. The first half was perfect. The second half was crap. It was rolled so small that the glue had pulled away from the cork itself and would not stick to anything. It was rather expensive to go through this process. The adhesive quality was very poor.
