It is exactly the right height for me. I also thought that since the bottom was curved, that it would naturally tip over when not in use. That isn't the case at all. It stays upright on its own. The rocking feature is nice and I notice my back doesn't hurt when I'm at my desk like it used to. It's very light and portable. I took it with me to an all day mtg.
