The owner of the company reached out and sent me complimentary pumps and they work great. Sounds like they are working on improving their new packaging. On a side note, this is by far my favorite lotion, and my husband's as well. We have sensitive skin and allergies/asthma, especially to scents, and this has a nice clean smell. I have been using this lotion for a few years and love it. Recently, they changed their packaging...the first new bottle I got would not open (sorry but this isn't rocket science...turn top to direction of "open" and it should open like all other bottles). So, I thought I got a lemon. Second time was the SAME thing. I am SO over it.
