**Q: What's the seat depth of the chair?**
A: I measured about 20", and the width is about 19.7".

**Q: How to insert the casters? They don't seem to screw in and I've tried pushing them on the base but they don't stay.  Is there a trick to it?**
A: They do push in, but it takes a little force. Make sure that you are pushing them straight down and not at an angle.

**Q: Can this be assembled without the castors?**
A: You can assemble it without.  Not sure how it would function. But they are not required

A: 5 year warranty I believe
