To determine maximum length - wear tennis shoes and measure from "vee" between thumb and forefinger to ground. Add 3 inches. This is the absolute longest racquet child should use. For example if it measures 21 inches, plus 3 is 24 inches; child should get 23 inch racquet as 25 is too long and 24 is not made.
