A: Cable entry is at the end. Have found these fittings excellent. Have installed two in the garage.

A: There is a plastic cable gland at one end, that’s where the cable enters. Just inside the base there’s a L, N & E connection terminal.

Excellent quality white light brought 3 for my double garage the only down side seems that the tubes sag over the 5ft length and touch the defuser which appears to form a dark line along the underside of the tubes. I will have to investigate a little more.
