I'm no expert but I wouldn't have thought you would apply these to scabs. They are for protecting infection on open wounds. I've used them a lot and they are extremely good. Hope you get better soon **Q: Can you shower with these on or do we need to remove them?** A: They need to be used with dressings such as Aquacel, therefore you must either remove the whole dressing or use a shower boot to keep the dressing dry.
