It reccomeneds taking them with water but I find them so hard to swallow. The pill is quite a large pill and has a slight powdery coating which makes it hard for it to go down. There has been a few times when it has gotten stuck in my throat and have had to eaten something to get it down It suggests taking two tablets but I can't manage two at a time. I take one in the morning and one at night. You can definitely taste the acidity of the vitamin C. I would have given this 5 stars however it's just so hard to swallow.
