**Q: Can this be returned if we don’t like it?**
A: Yes but they wanted me to send tracked to Shanghai .Which is against Amazons rules they have to provide a UK return address.So Amazon are looking into it for me. But I wouldn't buy it it's nothing like the one on the website it's just a rubber doll you could buy at the market x

A: I don't think so .The doll you get is nothing like the one on the website.If you check my review of it I've put a picture of it on there.I asked for a refund and they wanted me to send it back to Shanghai tracked .So Amazon is looking into it for me .Hope this helps x

**Q: Has anybody else got extra little bits of material on the neck and nappy area?**

Doll doesn't resemble the picture. Kinda disappointing as my daughter has been asking for a baby brother or sister, but told Santa she would settle for a baby dolly. Doesn't look very life like at all... Very long hair and eyelashes, and looks like someone has given it a very bad French manicure... Gonna have to neaten the dolly up a bit before I can wrap it for Xmas. Also, it arrived packaged really badly and was pretty battered. Thought for the price it would have at least came in a box instead of some rubbish foamy stuff and a plastic bag. So need to find a box or something to put her in so I can wrap her up. Accessories are okay, but not amazing. And the hair bow also looks nothing like the picture.
