Tried the foam spray and it only lasted a week.** A: Unfortunately, this spray did not work for me and neither did any of the others that I have tried. My snoring was partly due to sleep apnea. It was so bad that I spent most nights sleeping in the spare room. I tried a CPAP machine from the hospital on 2 occasions and just couldn't get along with it. Fortunately, my wife found a solution which has eliminated my sleep apnea and snoring completely. I now wear a T-Shirt with plastic balls sewn onto the back. This stops me from lying on my back and this has totally eliminated the problem and I feel like a new person. for the first time in years, we both get a decent night's sleep. I have a hiatus hernia which means I often suffer from reflux and take steps and medication to control it. But after using this product for a week I realised that it was actually causing severe reflux which meant several sleepless nights, unable to lie down comfortably.
