Answered one question *by A***R on February 25, 2018* Compact, well built, nice tripod. Answered one question: Is the ball head removable?Answer: Not readily ... My workaround is to add a TARION Aluminum Alloy 50mm Quick Release Plate QR Clamp Base Holder to the Noeler small QR plate ... adds minimal weight/bulk, lets me use my larger Arca Standard QR plates ... or their smaller one. Very happy with this Noeler tripod, well built ... bought two. ### ⭐⭐⭐ I wanted to like this, but... *by N***Y on March 22, 2019* The legs need to be tightened and loosened, as one would expect, to be extended. It's very hard to get a grip on them because they are so slippery. In addition, if the legs go too high into the tube, they get stuck. So, the convenience of a very light, very cleverly folded tripod for travel was outweighed by the difficulty of opening it up. I thought I might get used to it, but it didn't get any easier, so I returned it.I even asked someone whose hands are much stronger than mine to try it, and he wasn't able to help.I wish it had worked out better. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It's compact and I was looking for that. *by J***A on July 1, 2019* Very nice, small folded size but awfully heavy, that's great when you're using it because it's stable.
