Review: Cat loves it. - My cat is incredibly picky about the water he drinks, which is why I purchased this fountain. Eas of cleaning was the second reason because my cat will just turn up his nose at it if it smells wrong. I clean it weekly just to keep it clean and fresh for him. He seems to be getting more liquid more consistently than without. I filled it up and then sat it down beside me. It took him a minute to find it and figure out how not to get water up his nose but he quickly warmed to it. It's very quiet. It sounds like a water sound machine. It's actually lovely. I compared it with a number of other metal fountains and found it to be the most reasonablely priced. It is very easy to replace it's 2 filters. And replacement filters are very reasonably priced as well. The fountain comes with 5 or 6 filters with shipment.

**Q: The little plastic tube that fits iver the pump broke..where can i get a replacement?**
A: Our package came with 2 tubes.

**Q: Is the fountain mouth stainless steel or plastic?**
A: Not sure what you consider the mouth. If it is the spout that the water comes out of it is plastic. All the rest of it is stainless. Hope that helped

**Q: Can the blue light be turned off?**
A: I don’t think so, it’s sealed because of the water and there’s no switch. The blue light is an indication that the water is sufficient.

**Q: what is the average cost of replacing filters etc? and how often do you have to change the water out?**
A: I change mine once a week. My Persians really like this fountain and it is easy to clean

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worth the price

It was silent when I first installed it and ran super smooth. The cats took to it quickly and it’s pretty easy to clean. Clean it weekly though and keep it full! A sliminess builds up otherwise and if it’s not filled enough, you’ll start to hear it a bit. The filters can last a little longer than described FYI but I fear the motor on mine may be going out as it’s making more noise and slowing down a bit. Overall, both my cats and I are pleased. Edit 03/2026: the motor is fine just needed deep cleaning and it’s running well again!
