One battery had a small piece come off just after the return window closed. I wrote an email to DESTEK on a Saturday night asking for a replacement. By Sunday morning I had an incredibly apologetic reply asking that I make a formal request through a company link which I did. Sunday evening I get a second email, apologizing for taking so long to get back to me (we’re talking just a couple hours on a *Sunday*) which advised they were overnighting a new battery to me. Monday rolls around, first I get an email saying I was now refunded for the purchase and then another email asking me if I received the new battery. I have literally NEVER received such INCREDIBLE customer service in my life. DESTEK customer service reps go above and beyond making their customers happy.
