The tiles adhered well with no need to apply extra adhesive. Laying them was fast and easy and they look really good once down. The tiles aren't slick under your feet and have some texture on their surface. They clean well and don't absorb stains. They look nice under our wooden table. We're really happy with them. A side note: they're not actually beige but light gray, yet it was hard to tell when they butted against my oak cabinets.
