**Q: Does this work with tidal connect ?**
A: Hi there,

The remote is compatible with TIDAL Connect, allowing you to easily skip tracks, go back to previous ones, and adjust the volume—this includes both volume up/down and mute functions.

**Q: The four preset buttons that can be programmed for other devices, can this be IR remotes or just WiFi connected remotes?**
A: The remote can only be used for the WiiM devices. It doesn't use Wi-Fi to communicate with the WiiM devices. It uses the BLE protocol. You can use the remote to control the WiiM devices in about 10+ meters.
