Enzymedica is one of few enzyme brands without excipients (word has it that stearates may interfere with uptake of certain nutrients), and I have used their products with favorable results in the past. I rated it 4 because without benefit of lab observation, I really cannot say if or how it worked. I can only say that I feel fine. I took the suggested dose of 3 per day for 10 days, which is just under the window of time between this medical intervention and clotting. I would not hesitate to use this product again in the off chance the risk of clot were to increase or if and when traveling by plane for any great distance.
