**Q: How much sodium?**
A: I don’t know because I ordered this for someone else. They did tell me that they didn’t care for kimchi in a can. It didn’t taste that good.

**Q: are the fermentation cultures still live?**
A: What a question?
Yes they jump out as soon as can is opened.

**Q: Is it mild?**
A: I thought so.  But I like hot foods.  Tabasco is very mild to me.
