It's full of flavor, and absolutely delicious. The noodles have great texture if you follow the 5 minutes of boiling instructions; not too soft or firm; nice and full bodies compared to a ramen noodle. I suspect that you could microwave them for 2-2.5 minutes, let them sit for 5 min, then strain them, but I haven't tried it. I don't mind the stove top boiling. It actually smells really nice when have just the seasoning in the water.
