We both have enhanced CWL's and carry every day. These are excellent. The weight feels very accurate and the dimensions are spot on. They load and extract properly in all 5 of the pistols we tested and every magazine including 7, 10, 12, 15 and 17 round capacity. They look and feel very well made too. These are extremely useful for learning to trust carrying and drawing your weapon while concealed carrying with one in the chamber. I know how hard it can be to get over that fear and these are a powerful training tool for that. Much safer than training with live ammo until you are confident in your skills and weapon. Never mix these with live ammo in a magazine though. All or nothing will definitely help you avoid an accident. They never enter the BARREL portion of the weapon, only the chamber behind it. While in the same block of metal, the rifled portion is considered "the barrel" proper. These enter the chamber, the rear of the "round" is struck by the firign pin, and they YOU operate the action, which ejects the entire tihing. So it has no opportunity to harm any properly-lubricated firearm except with the most minor of friction wear and tear. That's the point: they do NOT harm the firearm during dry fire (practice). -tc **Q: Do you have extra rubber pads to purchase for 22?** A: Sorry, the rubber pads for the 22LR size caused cylinder drag in my revolvers so I removed and discarded them and the spares. Maybe you can get more from the vendor. **Q: What's the difference with a real bullet？** A: These feel real. They are almost identical in weight to the real deal, so they feel "right",but they can never be mistaken for real bullets because these have a very obvious hole through the base of them. **Q: Do you have them in 22 magnum?** A: Dear Louis, Sorry, we don't have 22 magnum rounds yet. The snap caps are great, but what truly amazed me was the customer service. In every way, this was a great purchase. The product is excellent. These dummy rounds [snap caps] are made of steel: I checked with a magnet. They are dimensionally correct. I have never before seen snap caps like these, with their replaceable rubber head pads. It seems like an excellent design, which should provide great protection for the vulnerable firing pins of rimfire firearms. The rubber pads are replaceable, so the snap caps should last forever; and, if they don’t, you can get more pads. I have always used A-Zooms. Those are great, but you cannot replace the little pad in the center of the “cartridge” head. With the Bayattoo snap caps, you can. You can also rotate them, so that the firing pin keeps striking different sections of the pads. There was one small problem: The product information states that the box “provides additional 10pcs spare pads.” Well, my package did not include the spare pads. The box did, however, include a card which stated: “If you unfortunately receive any items that couldn’t meet your expectation, please kindly give us an opportunity to correct the issue. We will do our best to resolve the issue till you are satisfied.” Well, their “best” is truly outstanding. I emailed them at 7:26 pm on a Sunday. I got a response at 7:59 pm. THIRTY-THREE MINUTES LATER. Their representative was as charming as is the English of the guarantee. The rep gave her name as Candy…I am mentioning her name because I want her boss to notice, and promote her…and she wrote that she had already submitted an order. In the Amazon product information, they promised ten spare pads. Candy sent me FORTY. We had further correspondence, because she wanted to provide me with the tracking number and to keep me updated. In all of her correspondence, she was the perfect customer service rep: knowledgeable, wishing to provide excellent service, and doing everything perfectly. I received the spare pads within four days of requesting them. Technically, three days, since I wrote on a Sunday evening, although that was probably a Monday morning for Candy. Anyhow, the whole thing was a pleasure. And, I think it’s unlikely that you will find the spare pads to be missing. Candy wrote “I appreciate that you contacted us to give us the opportunity to correct the issue you met.” That seems to be the attitude of this company, treating my little complaint as an opportunity to improve. They do continually suggest that you write a review. Hey, I don’t mind. I am very much motivated to write this. I am impressed.
