None of my pictures do this justice it is beautiful, and beautiful feels like an understatement. Each one is HAND NUMBERED with a lot lot number at the base. I was honestly scared that this would arrived damaged. But the packaging was above and beyond to ensure the glass globe arrives safely. There is a oil slick/rainbow patina going on with the stem and leaves and I got the purple rose option. It sits above my desk as a reminder that my husband is the greatest! We don't do gifts like most people, not much is a surprise I knew this one was coming and he said it was to remind me that no matter how old I may get I will always be beautiful.The rose is perfectly centered in the base and the base has a caster to allow it to spin around so you can easily view all angles of the rose. Each rose is a one of a kind too because of the process. Be sure to have it sitting somewhere out of direct sunlight and away from anything that could cause the globe to break. I’m by no means an expert in flower preservation but as far as I can tell the craftsmanship is outstanding. Bought one (red) for my wife and a purple one for my 6yr old daughter this past Christmas and they loved them. My daughter tells me almost everyday that she’s looked at it and they get lots of curious questions and compliments on them anytime someone visits.
