Good advice: I undervolted the card so the temps got lower, managed to get it to 1130mv (from 1200mv) some can go less which is nice, it wont go above 199 Watts usage, and it dropped about 5-8 Celsius at load from the GPU, and about 8-10 Celsius from the Hotspot. while heavy gaming its now like that: GPU - before undervolting: 75-78C.
