These rotors were supposed to be painted black on the outer part as shown on the description pictures but the ones I got were not painted. On top of this they were TOTALLY RUSTED upon inspection. It seems they were stored for too long. I tried a small section with the wire brush without success. This issue delayed my Labor Day project as i ordered the front ones but were rusted and not painted as well.
