Review: Awesome pan, great alternative to non-stick - I was initially interested because of the ceramic coating instead of other non-stick options. I have been incredibly impressed with the performance. It cooks food very evenly, has been so easy to clean and I have enjoyed the design. I thought the spatula slot was a bit of a gimmick but I've quickly fallen in love with the feature as a space saver on the cooking range. If this was offered in a larger size I would buy in a heart beat.

I was initially interested because of the ceramic coating instead of other non-stick options. I have been incredibly impressed with the performance. It cooks food very evenly, has been so easy to clean and I have enjoyed the design. I thought the spatula slot was a bit of a gimmick but I've quickly fallen in love with the feature as a space saver on the cooking range. If this was offered in a larger size I would buy in a heart beat.

Perfect size for eggs or cooking for 1 or 2 people. The non stick is awesome. Love the color blue and how easy it is to wash. Even comes with a lid. All a round a great pan!
