**Q: Is there a field calibration procedure? i vented the plug, but the gauge is still sitting at 500 psi..**
A: There is no field calibration on this item.
Venting the plug wont help.
If you close the pressure source,  and bleed the system of pressure and the gauge still reads 500 psi the gauge is defective.  If it reads 0  you had residual pressure.
If the gauge is defective let us know and we are happy to replace or refund, please  let us know your choice.

**Q: Is it steady enough to work on a high pressure sprayer?**
A: I can't say about a sprayer, but being liquid filled it should work well.

**Q: Compatible with Hydraulic fluid?   Need a replacement on log splitter.**
A: I have only used the gauge with high pressure air.  I don't know if hydraulic fluid will damage the gauge or not.  However, as cheap as the gauge is, I'd probably try it.  Don't have much to lose.

**Q: Is this "oxygen compatible" internally for 100% o2? (i have the mechanical pipe fittings)**
A: Sorry, no it is not cleaned or rated for O2 service. Thank you

    Broke after first use of 3500 PSI

Just installed on 22ton log splitter that has a working pressure of 3500PSI max.  Watched it go up to 3500psi on tough log and then it went back to 750psi and stayed there.  They refunded my money and paid for return shipping but still a hassle installing it and then removing it.
