When you get started, it takes a couple trial and errors to get the wrist cuff in the right place. Make sure not to hit the power button until you have the cuff properly secured to your wrist. Once you hit the power button, the cuff begins to inflate after about 10 seconds of being on. It is a quality blood pressure monitor especially at this low price. A good value. Recommend it for anyone looking for a daily blood pressure monitor, with the ease of using a wrist cuff over an arm cuff.

Compared to the others, I think I got lucky with this one. Its been pretty aaccurate compared to the BP machines at my doctor's office. Sometimes the readings are all over the place. My mom, a retired Nurse told me to be sure to sit with your feet on the floor flat, and arm propped on a pillow and be still while it is reading. She said to do it three times. She gave me an equation that helps me to get a accurate number between the three readings. Something they use to do back in the day. But its helps and since then I have accurate numbers.
