I really don't expect to have to go searching for a YouTube video when a sheet of instructions could have been included in the package. Very poor. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Awful *by S***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 6 May 2018* If you buy this product, which I would advise against, make sure you use it as soon as possible after it arrives so that you can send it back.I didn't and have finally got round to doing the job for which it was purchased. Rubbish is as good as I can say about it. The eyelet pliers only crush one third of the eyelet and I have given up after six attempts. The snap fastener pliers kept pulling the two pieces out of alignment so not a hope in hell of getting that to work either. Not bothered with the hole lunch pliers because I would be surprised if they cut through anything other than a couple of sheets of paper. Once you have been disappointed with your purchase good luck with trying to get the clip that holds the eyelet pliers closed to lock in place. I only achieved this task by brute force and ignorance.The product should only attain zero stars but 1 is the minimum you can allocate so that's what it gets.
