Review: Looks good but needs softer seat - Chair looked very nice BUT needs a softer seat and backrest. Instructions for assembly were clear and everything well labelled, took about an hour to fully assemble and ensure all screws were fully tightened. The arms were a problem until I discovered the metal sockets were covered by fabric which prevented screws being tightened. All was well when this was pushed away. I found the back support good for my arthritis so will try to find a cushion to make sitting more comfortable. Initial poor comfort made me disappointed but am now finding it OK with extra seat cushioning.

Chair looked very nice BUT needs a softer seat and backrest. Instructions for assembly were clear and everything well labelled, took about an hour to fully assemble and ensure all screws were fully tightened. The arms were a problem until I discovered the metal sockets were covered by fabric which prevented screws being tightened. All was well when this was pushed away. I found the back support good for my arthritis so will try to find a cushion to make sitting more comfortable. Initial poor comfort made me disappointed but am now finding it OK with extra seat cushioning.

Needed a practical & comfy home office chair and after checking out several others, this seemed to tick all my boxes. There were a few reviews that seemed to influence my decision initially, but I took the plunge and ordered this one, without the massage function. My husband built it up and I have to say it looks lovely and I find it incredibly comfortable. Height and recline function work perfectly and the chair is very sturdy. Worth the price paid and hopefully will last a good few years.
