It comes with belt loops, a ring and a clip to attach it on to your belt/jeans/etc. or with a black webbing strap with clip that acts as a belt - this is adjustable so my young daughter can use it or it can go over a coat.The draw string top I open fully, then roll over the outside edge so it gives a clear opening for retrieving treats on a walk.It has an elasticated string compartment to the front and a zipped section too - ideal for holding keys, change, etc.It even comes with a roll of poo bags (albeit they're a bit thin and they're see-through but still adequate). I would definitely advise someone to measure their waist to ensure that the belt will fit because this belt is 50" max and if you carry your weight there this belt will not fit.
