I wash by hand as recommended and I make sure they are totally dry before they go back in the block. I’ve had no rust spots at all. The knives feel balanced, good weight, smooth handles and as mentioned earlier, they are sharp and cut with ease. I think the set was a great value and will keep this company in mind for any future purchases.
