So out of a lack of choice I tried these. They are much more effective for some reason. For a week straight I have been asleep within an hour of taking one and sleep straight through. I am also noticeably calmer during the day. Far too expensive though. They should at least have the option of buying bigger packs with reduced cost per capsule.
