My only constructive comment would be that the envelope they arrived in just came with the other post via Royal Mail, was so plain it looked like it could have been a circular or junk mail, so risk being discarded without being opened, especially as they arrived much more quickly than advised, but this is a minor quibble. They don’t last very long with an active dog and it’s annoying to lose what is a very good quality tag** A: I don’t know but you can always ask. As I said in my review the hole in the tag has been reinforced so it means that there is less pressure on the ring itself. I have a very active young Labrador and he loves to run after tennis balls often retrieving in the undergrowth. No damage to the tag or ring so far. **Q: How many letters can you put on each line please?** A: Hi there, we tend not to specify a number of characters as it can vary depending on the character itself and the line position on the tag (more characters per line in the middle and less at the top and bottom) However if you want to be certain the engraving you'd like can be accommodated you can send us a message through Amazon and we'll get back to you to confirm. They are well made and on an active dog last a good 12 months or so before the tag holder becomes too thin and is thus in danger of breaking - I would say the reinforcement probably doubles the useable life but they inevitably do still wear with constant motion.
