I put them on the ring. I refer to my type of yoga as "ghetto yoga" because I just have gotten my poses of pintrest. I love these cards because they ensure I am performing the poses the right way and those that are beneficial for something I want to work on again. If my cards do not flatten back to normal, honestly I will most likely purchase another pack! I would definately recommend! Review: POCKET WATERPROOF STRETCHING CARDS! - I love how it is compact and waterproof. It also has 70 poses that are great for beginners.
