Check the PKE feature is turn on or not. And the function of PKE on/off setting is on page38 in ec002 user manual. Here are the methods of PKE on/off setting: To enable PKE feature (Valet mode): Started the car, stepping on foot brake pedal, keep pressing lock & unlock button on key fob at the same time for 5 seconds, siren beeps 5 times and turn signal light flashes 5 times. The alarm is entering into valet mode & turn off PKE function. To disable PKE feature (Exit valet mode): Started the car, stepping on foot brake pedal, keep pressing lock & unlock button on the key fob for 5 seconds, siren beeps 3 times and turn signal light flashes 3 times. The alarm is exit valet mode & turn on PKE function. 2. Check if the wires of PKE antenna are connected well or damage. 3. Check if the other features of ec002-ns work well.
