Great quality and not coated. 10 out of 10! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great purchase *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 1 December 2022* We have used these pans for about a month now and my wife, who does most of the cooking, is delighted with them. I am surprised she found the handles comfortable because they do look a bit slender but she is perfectly happy with them. She hasn't encountered the staining problem that others have mentioned and she washes by hand as well as using the dishwasher.They heat up fast and evenly and we have both noticed that they seem less likely to burn food on the bottom. So far they don't seem to have picked up a single scratch. Some say they are light in weight but my wife sees that as an advantage. They are heavy enough to be very sturdy. We find the handle arrangement with double handles on all bar the milk pan ideal. It means they fit better in cupboards and ovens, are less likely to be accidentaly knocked when on the hob and are easier to carry when full.We use them on an induction hob as well as a solid fuel range cooker.
