I normally wear a large, but ordered a medium B-15. Good thing I read the reviews first. The medium is even a little large on me. (43 inch chest, 36 inch waist) But the leather is super quality. You can really feel the soft luxury in this jacket. Only a couple of small complaints though. I found that there is a bit too much material on the back panel. It bunches up there where it is sewn onto the rib-knit waistband; just a bit to make it noticeable. It is a small issue, but one worth mentioning. Besides that, I found that there is no insulation inside the sleeves. Just lining. The zip-out vest liner is warm, but it is the only insulation. I wanted to wear the B-15 in sub-freezing temps, but found that I must wear a soft-shell fleece under it to ward off the extreme cold. But, that works just fine. As far as whether the jacket is worth the price, I am still undecided. When one pays more than $600 for a jacket you want it to be perfect. This one is not perfect. Even a full size small is pretty loose. The leather isn't great quality. Two panels have elephant hide look -- a lot of wrinkles -- while other panels are pretty smooth. The sizing also runs slightly larger than advertised. I have a 44 inch chest but the large size (42 by the chart) fits perfectly. The quality of material feels top notch, but please note that this is a heavy jacket and weighs nearly 5 pounds. The liner inside does a great job of keeping warmth in and the neck mouton also looks and feels quite nice. For a fall jacket you will definitely want to take those off as it will definitely make you hot.
