I had initially reacheded out to the company for some quirks in the scope but the Xtool customer service reached out immediately to assist in resolving the issues. I have a D7s scan tool and bought this to use with my scan tool but my scan tool has a usb-a connection and the camera has a usb-c connector. So keep this is mind if you have a usb-a you will need an adapter to actually plug the camera in. I will update this after I get an adapter. Edit: Got the usb c to usb a adapter for to plug the borescope into the scan tool. Works well with adapter so that negates the usb c problem.
