Found out I can't return it. Opened customer service conversation based on Amazon policy. Reply from ORA: "So sorry it melted, ...we don't offer refunds, ...it still contains the nutrients... just chop it up". I pushed back, requesting a refund, they refused and closed the inquiry. Thank goodness Amazon stands behind their business model, as they issued a full refund on behalf of the business. This experience has been like ordering an awesomely promoted meal at a restaurant, paying $60+ for it, then arriving in a glass all blended up! Politely requesting a refund/replacement and then being told: Oh, your meal “still contains the nutrients intact for the purpose of it's drinking.” The company clearly does not stand behind its product, and relies on Amazon to bail them out.
