A lovely and helpful handle but suction needs to be free of bits. Thank you. PUH
This is a brilliant product for someone who has trouble getting out of the bath!I had trouble the other day when the family had to come to my rescue? Thanks. PUH

Safe or Unsafe - YOU decide!!
It is Anti-slip BUT FALLS OFF if left on a tiled wall within a few hours, so it is DURABLE as it has fallen off many times (I now take it off after every shower). Great value for the money I paid and it is easy to use - just a bit of a nuisance having to take it down after every use. As a support I highly recommend it BUT, if you wanted to leave it up all the time I do not recommend it - only YOU can decide if this is right for you!!

Good grip to start with but doesn't stay on all the time
Good sturdy handle when it's on the tiles but doesn't stay in place all the time and tends to fall off the wall when it dries out.

Holiday must
It's so ideal, light and strong, packed into case for holidays as my husband is disabled we always find we need an extra grab rail when we are away. Suction is very good, bearing in mind the wall has to be clean smooth and dry when you attach it.

Failed after 6 months
Was initially pleased with this as it latched onto the tiles in the bathroom very sturdily and provided a good strong handle when showering. However last week, noticed that one of the lock levers was undone and pushed it back into locked position with difficulty. Today noticed that both lock levers were undone. It was still in place, but moved as the vacuum was not secure and was unable to latch the lock levers to the locked position. Removed it and checked afterwards, and the latch mechanism appears to have worn or broken in some way, as they will not latch closed at all now. Fortunately I didn't have to rely on it for my safety this time, but it could have been different. So its useless now after only 6 months! It was not moved or the latch levers released during this time, as it was considered to be a permanent fixture. Will look for an alternative manufacturer now. I guess the price is reflected in the quality, but I would have expected it to last a bit longer than 6 months.Paul Bigwood

Stuck to the shower screen glass very well
When an elderly relative comes to stay they may need an aid to help with getting in and out of the shower. This handle stuck so very firmly to the shower cubicle glass that we were able to give our relative privacy and more independence when showering during their stay.

Handle. Required for use in the shower over the bath.
Although the grab handle was OK, in this instance the wall tiles would not accept suitable suction cups.
