They are so easy to use and the shells are sturdy and didn't go soggy at all. I used them for tiny prawn cocktails as a starter for our Christmas lunch and they went down a treat everyone loved them, they looked a proper little treat served on a small oblong plate with chives and a tiny bread roll...
