It’s simple, easy to clean and makes better coffee than the machine it’s replacing (reputable brand, but large and seems to scald the coffee). The price is good, it’s been through the dishwasher without issue, makes coffee quicker than an Aeropress (dripping through an Aeropress is still better, but the price they charge is extortionate).
