The pins are not chewing up these shoe soles at all. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Squeaky noise easy fix, great pedals *by J***J on October 23, 2025* Have used these pedals for 3 months, about 700 miles, and really enjoy them! Good size, very grippy, and a nice price for something that looks and feels quality. My one problem was that they squeaked! A horrible creaking noise with every pedal stroke. Sounded like a bird was yelling at me as my foot rounded the crank. I solved this no problem by putting a little chain lube on the spot where the pedal meets the crank arm.
