It's a little workhorse. If I coukd give it 10 stars, I would. I am considering buying the 10 lb. tumbler just to do more. I love this rock tumbler. I've had several different tumblers in the past thst are noisy and just don't stand up to the wear and tare. This one is a work horse and is surprisingly quit. I use it in a spare bedroom across from my room and can't even hear it. All the others I had to use in the garage. I would highly recommend.
