Product description          Springtails are very easy to keep and can be cultured in a small plastic container without causing any inconvenience. Keep them moist and feed them a little food every now and they and they can be harvested easily and fed to your pet. Being a live food, they help make your pet's diet more natural, without risking contaminants from the wild. They also trigger natural feeding instincts that can often trigger spawning or breeding in some species. You will receive a starter colony of Springtails with some bedding / substrate. There will be adults and young. You will need a small container and some compost or coco-coir to use as bedding. This is a starter culture and will take a little time for the population to grow before you can feed them to your pet.- FREE UK P&PPosted Monday to Thursday in a protective cardboard box that fits through a standard Letterbox. (P&P included in price)- ARRIVE ALIVE GUARANTEEIf any creature has not survived the journey, a photo in it's original sealed bag will be required before any replacement or refund can be offered. DOA requests will not be accepted without this photoIf you are in any doubt when they arrive, take a photo and get in touch in case there is anything I can suggest.I do my best to ensure they arrive alive, but there are circumstances beyond my control when posting living creatures.
