- This aroma rails are used for the cover of the flame and heat distribution. Protects your your grilled meat from grease. Marinade or fat can not be directly drip onto the flame. Material is made from stainless steel (V2 A) and is rust resistant. The heat protects the metal colour tarnish, which is normal. Please apply the skin protector peel off before use.
