Ive used them last 2 summers to start my flowers. Seeds sprout within 4 days. Easy to use. I place them in an old cake pan and then add water and stick seeds down in them. So easy and cheap. After water is added they expand 3-4x their side within 30-60 seconds . I add water to bottom of pan 2 x a week ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good price, easy seedling starters *by E***K on June 11, 2025* This was an easy method to start individual seeds, good price! They soaked up water like a sponge, and my grandson was impressed with 'planting'. They held the right amount of water without being oversaturated - but be aware that city water (i.e. chlorinated) is not good for plants - I'm not sure it's good for humans either, but sigh, it is what it is. I use rain water or reverse osmosis to minimize water issues. If plants grow poorly, check your water, sunlight and temperature since these all play a role - don't blame the seed pods then!
