After removing the 2 Himalayan Salt Foot Detoxification Blocks from the oven I placed the hot tray on a second tin tray to use as a coaster -- while using pot holders to carry the hot trays containing the 2 Himalayan Salt Foot Detoxifications to a comfortable chair to relax. The warmth from the heated Blocks lasted approximately 10 -12 minutes; and I reheated the Blocks a second time once they began to cool. However, the down side for me was that the 2 Himalayan Salt Foot Detoxification Blocks were in actuality the size of two small motar bricks. They were approximately 8" long, 3 1/2" wide, and 3" thick. Unfortunately, because I wear a size 8 shoe, and my foot is approximately 9 1/2" long from heel to toe, the blocks were not long enough to allow my enitre foot to rest on the Blocks. Consequently, because my toes where hanging over the edge it was quite uncomfortable. And, although I "ENJOYED" the relaxation of the warmth that the 2 Himalayan Salt Foot Detoxification Blocks produced, as well as the soft texture that it seemed to bring to the bottom of my feet, I was not willing to purchase a second set of 2 more Himalayan Salt Foot Detoxification Blocks to elongate and lengthen and compensate for the shortness in size of the Blocks. Therefore, I returned them to desertcart and was quickly refunded the initial purchase price of the product. Furthermore, in my attempt to be as thorough as possible with my feedback without being unfair to ethier the seller or to the 2 Himalayan Salt Foot Detoxification Blocks that I purchased, I hope my feedback helps. But as stated above, because I am a consultant, and my time ($175 hour) is extremely limited, I will not respond to any individual orquestions and hope that my feedback is helpful and will prevail. the blocks do not accommodate the full length of my feet, but i move them every so often anyways so it is not an issue. being "natural" my bricks required different heating time. this you will have to play with anyway for your personal liking. i use the microwave (no patience). for my appliance: i start with 1 minute then flip for 30 seconds increments. remember that it should feel just a bit warm when handling with hands because the feet are way more sensitive. my first try was the perfect temperature for my hands, but TOO WARM for the feet so i kept my thin socks on for about 5-10 minutes at first. i am sure that the oven will heat much more even with better temperature retention, but for a few minutes, the microwave works fine. i get about 20 minutes then need more heating (only 30 seconds for the touch up). i don't know of its detoxification quality, i just love the "spa" way it feels for my tired feet while on the computer. i also do not have any blood pressure concerns but can see that this being prolonged salt contact might be an issue.

Although I returned the 2 Himalayan Salt Foot Detoxification Blocks, I want to be fair to both the seller and the product and share my experience in its totality. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great for Relieving Pain while Detoxing

Ordered the 2 Salt Foot Detox blocks and love them! They arrived carefully packed and in solid blocks. Instructions were included. I heated each block individually in the microwave for one minute and, placed them on a towel covered tray and...WOW! I could feel the warmth just pulling the tension and toxins out of my body! I use them for about 20 minutes, or until they cool off and feel completely relaxed when I finish. I've had two hip replacements, and during cold weather my hips ache constantly. The detox blocks reduce the hip pain and allow me to proceed with my activities. I wipe them carefully with a warm moist cloth when I finish, allow them to dry and wrap them in fresh towels, where they are ready for the next use. Great product!
