EDIT: I was contacted by reptizoo customer service who offered me originally a full refund but then offered to send me a replacement which I actually preferred because I like the brand and still needed the bulbs as my local shops hadn’t gotten any in yet. They were incredibly helpful in getting me a new set of bulbs that came unscathed leaving my beardie a very happy and comfortable girl. The bulbs so far are doing great my beardie seems happy which is all I could really ask for. They also helped me resolve an issue I had with another order when their email support completely shut down on me leaving me frustrated with the brand, however, I think their products are good quality and the support I spoke with through desertcart was incredibly helpful and kind, just their email support was miserable to deal with. I’d definitely still recommend the brand for many of their products, I don’t think one bad rep can ruin the whole brand for me especially after having an incredibly helpful one and I’ve had great experiences with their products in the past so 100% I’ll be buying from them yet again when the time comes and I personally recommend them for others as well.
