Results - 9/10 : I love that it has a complete amino acid profile but it also has so many vitamins and even biotin, which was a pleasant surprise. 5g of BCAA's make it an amazing post-workout shake for me. Muscle recovery is pretty much on par with most whey brands. Ingredients - 10/10 : It uses Stevia instead of sucralose or sugar, which is much healthier. A mix of brown rice and pea protein isolates, it's got an amazing amino acid profile, but what sold me was the digestive and antioxidant blends consisting of Apple seed and grape seed extracts. It causes 0 bloating, as opposed to literally any whey protein out there, including ON. Overall, I'd highly recommend this one.
