Review: Great product! - Update: I contacted customer service via email, and they were quick to respond and sent out a new unit that works perfectly. Prior problem down below. Maybe I'm missing something and can correct my review but when I press the power button above the AC plugs, and the on-screen says AC in the bottom right but when I plug anything in, nothing gets power. I've tried low power items like lights or a small fan and nothing will power. Despite my attempts to reset the device, power it on and off, and use different plugs, nothing works. Update: I contacted customer service via email, and they were quick to respond and sent out a new unit that works perfectly.

A: It is rated for 3000 full charge cycles. After that, you will have about 70% of your original capacity, charge-discharge cycles DOD≥70%. TIP: Please leave ≥30% battery quantity on LCD, if ≤30%, please charge the generator soon which can use longer.

**Q: Can I charge it with solar panels from other manufacturers?**
A: Yes. Open circuit voltage: 12-24V/10A, Total solar input: 120W Max, our power generator is built in 5521MM input port. We recommend ALLWEI 100W Solar Panel.

**Q: Why does the power station has Autp-Sleep Mode?**
A: To avoid battery consumption due to not turning off the output after used, the unit will switch to the Auto-Sleep Mode. Whe the unit detects that no device is connected or the connected devices are ≤ 2W, it will automatically shut off after 1 hour.

**Q: How to reset the power station when over-load protection?**
A: If your device watts is beyond the 500w, it will trigger over-load protection. Please press the "Circuit Protector" Button on the front of the battery to reset the power station.

**Q: Is lithium-ion battery the same as LiFePO4? Which battery is better for a solar generator or power station?**
A: No, there are a few varies in performance, chemical composition and longevity in lithium-ion and LiFePO4. Both are safe reliable choice for power station. But LiFePO4 batteries have a longer lifespan, enhanced safety and increased thermal stability.

Do NOT buy this!!! I bought both the 500W and the 300W version of this. The first time I needed to use these neither one worked. The 300W worked for the USB outputs, but not for AC. The 500W is just completely dead. I can’t even get the flashlight on the side to come on. The only time I got anything from this was if I plugged the charger in the display came on and showed that the batteries were fully charged, but the entire thing goes dead the moment the charger is unplugged. These are not quality units. Do not buy them.
